    Alumni

The Entomology and Nematology Department is one of the largest entomology programs nationwide, and one of only a few that offers comprehensive training in nematology and 100 percent online non-thesis M.S. degrees in entomology to help advance place-bound professionals.

Graduates of the department’s programs at all levels have been very successful in obtaining employment. Nearly half our graduates remain in Florida. Graduates find work in academia, private industry, and government (research and regulatory).

We love hearing that our alumni are doing great things. If you are one of our alumni and would like to have a recent accomplishment recognized, please submit a newsletter announcement.

Entomology and nematology faculty and staff garner several million dollars in extramural and donation support annually. These sources of funding help support our graduate students pursuing M.S. and/or Ph.D. degrees. Want to give back to the department? Your gift could help us recruit and support the next big name in entomology and nematology!
