    Honey Bee Toxicology

We attempt to define impacts of pesticides and other chemicals to honey bee health through laboratory and field studies. We are also interested in exploring novel chemistries to control honey bee pests and determine their safety to honey bee colonies and the environment.

    Current Projects

    • Impacts of pesticides to adult and immature honey bees: mosquito control, agricultural chemicals, miticides
    • Exploring new compounds: screening potential miticides, maximizing the efficacy of existing products
