Refund Policy for UF/IFAS HBREL Online Extension Courses
Participants in the UF/IFAS Master Beekeeper Program may request a refund in writing by emailing the lab within six months (180 days) of registering for a course. After 180 days, no refunds will be permitted. Any such request must be sent from the email address that was used to sign up for the online course for which you are requesting a refund. Full or partial refunds will be honored based upon the amount of the course that has been completed. Participants are liable for fees in accordance with the following schedule:
- If you have not completed any lessons within the course, you will receive a full refund (100% of the course registration fee).
- If you have completed up to 25% of the lessons within the course, you will receive a 75% refund of the course registration fee.
- If you have completed 26-50% of the lessons within the course, you will receive a 50% refund of the course registration fee.
- If you have completed more than 50% of the lessons within the course, no refunds will be issued.
*Please note: all beeLearning courses are nonrefundable
