Jen joined the lab in January 2012 as a postdoctoral researcher. She completed her Ph.D. with Dr. Reginald Cocroft at the University of Missouri. Her research has focused on communication in treehoppers. In the Miller Lab she is busy doing research and teaching. She examining sexual selection and community ecology in two species of leaf-footed bug. She is also co-teaching a course with other members of the Miller Lab that integrates research and classroom study. Jen mentors undergraduates and is serving on a dissertation committee.

Fae is back in the lab after a few years away! She is serving as a lab technician, helping with conducting experiments, organizing data, taking bug pictures, and co-teaching a course that integrates research and classroom education.
