Master Beekeeper Program

The Florida Master Beekeeper Program (MBKP) is an ongoing program that offers four levels of advancement. In order to advance from one level to the next, a beekeeper must complete specific requirements and exams. The four levels of advancement are:

  1. Apprentice Beekeeper
  2. Advanced Beekeeper
  3. Master Beekeeper
  4. Master Craftsman Beekeeper

The first set of exams for the Apprentice Beekeeper level were given on March 13, the day before the Bee College began. At next year's Bee College, the Apprentice and Advanced exams will be given.
