Arden Lambert

Arden graduated from the University of Florida with her B.A. in plant science. During her time in undergraduate she worked in a environmental horticulture lab with Dr.Perez, as well as, in the Liburd Lab. While in the environmental horticulture lab she looked at seed genealogy of Uniola paniculata, a protected sea dune plant. Arden is currently a master's student in the Liburd lab. She is working on the management of Drosophila suzukii (spotted winged drosophila) in blueberry plants. She is most excited about her biocontrol project using entomopathogenic nematodes against spotted winged drosophila. Outside of work, Arden loves to practice circus arts. She is a part of the Gainesville Circus Center and practices lyra, trapeze, and flying pole.
