    What is Integrated Pest Management?

Integrated pest management (IPM) is a comprehensive pest technology that uses a combination of strategies including monitoring, cultural practices, economic thresholds, biological control, and biologically-based pesticides to reduce pests’ status to tolerable levels while protecting non-target organisms including humans and maintaining the quality of the environment.
