I joined the HBREL in March, 2009, and currently am a full-time research technician as well as our laboratory manager. I manage undergraduate students, oversee graduate student projects, coordinate/execute research projects, purchasing, lab/Truck Safety, and managing our bee colonies.

I graduated from SUNY Oswego with a B.S. in Zoology in 2003, and received a M.S. in Environmental Studies from The College of Charleston in 2005. I have been a research technician for Hollings Marine Laboratory (NOAA) in South Carolina, Cornell Marine Program in RiverHead, New York, and The Bureau of Land Management in Grand Junction Colorado.
