Song: Weissman and Gray (2019) described the song as a series of chirps produced in intermittent bursts of 3 pulses per chirp (range 2-4) and without an introductory trill. Some individuals have a pure trill, some have a short introductory trill. Pulse rate >70.

Habitat: Watered lawns, dry grassy fields, cracks in concrete, dry ground, and dry lake beds, dumps, and gas stations.
Life cycle: Two generations per year in southern part of range, probably only one generation per year in northern part of range. No egg diapause.
Season: Spring into summer.
Name derivation: Latin: "integer" = "whole, entire"; it is unknown why this name was chosen by Scudder.
