Buckell's grig

Cyphoderris buckelli

image of Cyphoderris buckelli
Male, near Nelson, British Columbia.
Photograph by Kevin Judge, University of Lethbridge, used by permission.

The wings of this male are exposed to show that they have been damaged by the feeding of a female. (Females feed on the wings when they have the opportunity—mostly immediately prior to copulation.)
