Montezumina modesta


Eggs laid in the edges of tangerine leaves, Sarasota County, Florida.
Similar eggs were later found in the edges of grapefruit leaves in Polk County, Florida,
and sent by Extension Agent David Shibles to John Spooner, who identified
them by comparing them with mature eggs dissected from females of
Montezumina modesta and other phaneropterine species (details).
